Job Title: Senior Office Administrator Location: Bishop\’s Stortford Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) Term: Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday RecruitAbility are looking for an experienced Office Administrator, to join their clients well established and dynamic team in Bishop\’s Stortford. You will be providing admin support to the Directors and the Sales team. The Role of Senior Office Administrator: Preparing sales documentation and contracts Typing Liaising with clients Ordering office supplies Keeping the CRM system up to day Dealing with incoming calls Greeting clients face to face To be considered for the role of Senior Office Administrator: Relevant experience in a similar role Excellent English, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team Excellent computer skills, including Excel The Package for Senior Office Administrator: Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday – Friday Pension 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) Please apply on line or call (phone number removed) for more information.
