As a FM Contract Administrator, you will be:
- Working with MS Office packages
- Checking all incoming emails daily and responding in a timely manner
- Doing the day-to-day running of the engineer's diary
- Answering all incoming client requests
- Dealing with all customer queries, complaints, and problem solving
- Assisting engineers with any day-to-day issues
