Location: Didcot Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS An inclusive and high-achieving secondary school in Didcot is seeking an ambitious and reflective Science Teacher to join its dynamic Science department from September. Your role will include: * Teaching general science at KS3 and a specialism (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) at KS4. * Contributing to the planning and refinement of schemes of work. * Facilitating hands-on investigations and enquiry-based learning. * Using data effectively to identify needs and inform teaching. * Offering academic support through revision clubs and targeted interventions. * Participating in school events such as STEM fairs and careers workshops. We’re looking for: * A qualified teacher of Science with QTS and recent classroom experience. * Strong subject knowledge in your specialism and a sound understanding of the science curriculum. * Confidence in managing behaviour and building strong classroom rapport. * Creativity in lesson design and the ability to link science to the real world. * Dedication to inclusion and developing students’ confidence and independence.
