As the Head of Technical Partnerships, you will lead the strategic development, acquisition, and management of all technology-driven partnerships that directly impact on-track performance and off-track innovation. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical excellence, and brand alignment β€” driving long-term value for both the team and our partners. • Partnership Development: Source, negotiate, and secure partnerships with technical and engineering companies that offer cutting-edge solutions. Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and partner onboarding.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary interface between partners and internal departments (especially Engineering, R&D, and IT). Drive co-development projects, ensuring mutual benefit and measurable performance output.
  • Integration & Activation: Oversee the technical integration of partner solutions into car design, operations, and performance systems. Collaborate with marketing and PR to amplify the value and visibility of technical partnerships.
  • Performance & ROI: Measure and report partnership impact against key performance indicators, including technical contribution, innovation outcomes, and brand equity.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Expertise: Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in technical partnerships, business development, or innovation strategy within motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or advanced technology sectors. Deep understanding of F1 engineering culture and performance environment is a major advantage.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven success in negotiating complex technical deals and managing strategic B2B relationships.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong grasp of engineering principles and emerging technologies (e.g. CFD, advanced composites, electrification, software-defined systems, AI/ML, simulation).
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial domains. Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in international environments; fluency in English is required.

This may include a background check covering a minimum of the past five years and a criminal record check. We encourage all interested individuals to submit their application as soon as possible.
