Evaluation and Research (EU Markets) London, Manchester or Edinburgh office (hybrid working) Join this highly successful Policy and Evaluation Unit as an Evaluation Specialist. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Consultant. This role sits in their Policy and Evaluation Unit, who work with public institutions to provide robust evidence on the effectiveness of public policies and programmes and provide recommendations to help set policy priorities and strengthen delivery. Following rapid expansion of their international work, they are now expanding their EU evaluation market. They are winning and delivering a significant amount of evaluation and impact assessment work for different EU institutions across policies such as: environmental, economic, legal, health and safety, food standards and more. It’s a very broad role with a focus on EU markets. They are looking for a research and evaluation expert with experience in EU evaluation to join and help expand their offering further. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of projects for EU clients, designing and implementing research and impact assessment methodologies. This is a client facing role where you work with clients at the European Commission and other institutions. This is a hands-on research role where you will develop methodologies and research tools (questionnaires, discussion guides) as well as manage projects across the full project cycle; (delivering evaluation studies, from evaluation design, to data collection and analysis, through to developing conclusions and recommendations). At more senior levels, you will also contribute to business development by owning successful proposals and pitches, making a significant impact on the team\’s growth.
