Location: Lincoln (4 days on site, 1 day remote working)

Contract Length: 6 months initially then rolling contract

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, are looking for a dynamic Local Change Manager to join a thriving company in Lincoln! If you excel at communication, training, and ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategically design and implement change management activities, evaluate change implications, and formulate robust strategies, including detailed plans
  • Identify and mitigate resistance, provide guidance and coaching, and engage stakeholders to secure buy-in at all levels
  • Develop and deliver communication and training programs, assess user preparedness, and address gaps, including tailored programs and plans for new tools and software
  • Monitor and report on change management issues, define and measure effectiveness, and build/manage teams engaged in change activities
  • Communicate effectively with all staff and provide coaching and mentorship during transitions
