Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for: * Ensuring all aspects of Mechanical and HVAC systems are maintained in optimal working order and in compliance with contractual and legislative requirements. * Managing a team of 3 site engineers assuring all engineering tasks across the site are completed in a timely manner. * Carry out Planned and Reactive tasks in accordance with KPI\’s. * Supervise subcontractors in accordance with H&S legislation. * You will be part of a team of multi-skilled technical support staff. * Ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws. * You will assist in supervising sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations. To be successful for this Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have: * F-Gas qualification. * Multi-Skilled individual with expertise in another trade (Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing etc). * Good working knowledge of Electrical, BMS & Fire systems. * Capable of plumbing works and a good knowledge of building fabric repairs. * You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload. * Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in. * The successful candidate will need to complete a vetting check.
