Boatyard & Marina Operative

We are recruiting a Boatyard & Marina Operative at Universal Marina on the picturesque River Hamble.

The successful candidate will join a friendly, dedicated team committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. This multi-faceted role offers a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a flexible work ethic to work in a busy, purpose-built marina and boatyard.

Candidates must demonstrate:
• Proven customer service or customer-facing experience
• Flexibility and adaptability to marina and boatyard operations
• Ability to learn and use computer software systems
• A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Knowledge of boats and experience operating plant equipment are desirable but not essential, as training will be provided where needed. We support your growth and help you reach your potential. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

This role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and will follow a summer and winter rota, including some weekends and bank holidays.
