We are recruiting a Boatyard & Marina Operative at Universal Marina on the picturesque River Hamble. The successful candidate will join a friendly, dedicated team committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.

This multi-faceted role offers a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a flexible work ethic to work in a busy, purpose-built marina and boatyard.

Candidates must demonstrate:

Knowledge of boats and experience operating plant equipment are desirable but not essential, as training will be provided where needed. We support your growth and help you reach your potential. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

This role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and will follow a summer and winter rota, including some weekends and bank holidays.
