The purpose-built standalone practice is equipped with:

- Orthopaedic and advanced soft tissue surgical equipment

- Easy access to the Yorkshire Dales and countryside
- On the junction of the M1 and M62 for national travel
- 2-hour train journey to London, 3.5 hours to Edinburgh
