About The Role: We now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Park Presentation Team at Fosse Park in Leicester. The successful applicant will work as part of a team but must be able to use their own initiative. The role involves cleaning exteriors and interiors. Must have a driving licence as you will be required to drive electric tugs and road sweepers. Full training will be given including specifically: Sweepers, steam pressure washer and scissor-lifts. A full uniform is supplied. The successful applicant will be required to work 40 hours per week and perform a mixture of shifts via an 8-week rota, which are 06:00 - 14:00, 08:00 – 16:00, 10:00 – 18:00 & 13:00 - 21:00. These do include some weekends.
Purpose: To provide an efficient and professional service, ensuring presentation standards as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of customer service in maintaining the Shopping Park and creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment to shop in.
Duties:
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Responsible for the presentation of external & internal park areas
- Utilising all equipment provided to provide a clean & safe shopping environment
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, pleasant manner, approachable, clearly spoken
- Have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety & COSHH
- A keen eye for detail
- Possesses computer literacy of at least a basic level
- Demonstrates basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have full UK Driving Licence
