Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

Position: Air conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE Location: Wiltshire – Multi site I am working with a well established and reputable Facilities Management business who specialise in Constrcution, FM, M+E, Project Services and MEP Residential. They focus on hard working, great people and commit to their teams and staff ensuring that there is a positive working environment with plenty of scope for progression and career deelopment. The Role: To respons to dayto day reactive AHU faults, A/C Faults, and monthly PPMs to support the contract delivery. * Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings. * Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF\’s, split units, chillers * providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites * Completing small works, installations and refurbs of AC cooling equipment. * General ad-hoc maintenance tasks when required.
