Position Overview: Step into a role where your expertise in sales and customer service can truly shine. As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the heart of a dynamic team, driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Utilise various tools such as phone, email, Teams, and webinars to engage with existing and potential customers. Develop strategic plans to expand business and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Customer Service Excellence: Collaborate with colleagues across Administration, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales to deliver exemplary customer service. Lead customer interactions, particularly with procurement and clinical stakeholders, ensuring all enquiries are managed efficiently.
- Sales Focus: Maintain detailed account plans and a comprehensive CRM database. Generate and analyse sales data to identify trends, track performance, and develop strategies for growth.
- Customer Communication: Coordinate formal communications, manage customer quotations, and ensure all documentation is accurate and logged appropriately.
- General Responsibilities: Assist with tender bids, liaise with Finance, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the business.
Skills & Experience Required:
We are looking for candidates that have experience working with or for the NHS and have an interest in Internal Sales OR moving into Field Sales after proving themselves.
