We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Programme Lead in Public Services to join our successful and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Public Services programmes, from Level 3 up to Level 5/6.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, delivery, and development of Public Services programmes across FE and HE.
- Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching sessions that support student success and progression.
- Monitor student progress and provide effective academic and pastoral support.
- Lead a team of lecturers, ensuring high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure curriculum relevance and innovation.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Public Services or a related subject.
- Experience teaching across both Further Education and Higher Education levels.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
