JobMatcha are looking for an experienced Site Works Manager that will be running and delivering reactive and remedial works specific to our contract as well as running small scale billable works jobs akin to small works projects up to the value of £100K. The perfect candidate would be a team focused individual with attention to detail and a willingness to help support the teams in delivery of our FM works, also requiring the ability to work in a military environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Site management
  • Liaison with other contractors and stakeholders
  • Working in line with the systems and processes
  • Collation of as-built information as works proceed

Key Skills:

  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft applications)
  • CSCS Manager card
  • SMSTS
  • Security Clearance
  • Commercial Understanding
  • Previous experience of running small works up to £100K
  • Previous experience as a Site Works Manager in a similar project
