Job Title: Support Worker (Restraint Trained – CPI Certified) 📍 Location: North & South Birmingham, Dudley (Midlands) 💷 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour 🕒 Job Type: Agency Work (Ad-hoc & Pre-Booked Shifts) Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a difference? Do you hold a valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) qualification and have experience in restraint and de-escalation techniques? If so, we want to hear from you! We are currently recruiting resilient, compassionate and adaptable Support Workers to join our team across the Midlands. This agency-based role involves working with service users of various ages and needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviour. 🔹 About the Role: * Provide high-quality care and support in residential or supported living settings. * Use CPI-approved strategies to manage challenging behaviours safely and effectively. * Work as part of a team to promote independence and wellbeing for service users. * Deliver person-centred support in line with individual care plans. * Complete daily records and ensure safeguarding and dignity at all times. 🔹 Requirements: * CPI qualification (Crisis Prevention Institute) – mandatory * Experience with restraint techniques and managing challenging behaviour * Previous support work with mental health or learning disabilities * Ability to work flexible hours, including on-the-day shifts * Must be eligible to work in the UK (We cannot accept Student or Skilled Worker Visas) 🔹 What We Offer: * Competitive pay rate of £12.21 per hour * Flexible shift patterns to suit your availability * Variety of placements across North & South Birmingham and Dudley * Friendly, supportive agency team * Opportunity to gain varied experience across different care environments Ready to Join Us?
