We are currently looking to recruit a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Kia dealership in Hinckley.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face and voice of the dealership. Your warm, welcoming approach and excellent communication skills will ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate department
• Offering refreshments and maintaining the presentation of customer-facing areas
• Managing general administrative duties to support the sales and service teams
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient introduction for customers to relevant staff

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is naturally personable and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer care
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Confidence in communicating clearly and effectively, both face-to-face and over the phone
• A calm, professional demeanour with great attention to detail
