About the Role: As a Mental Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting service users within our inpatient and community mental health services. Your role will involve providing person-centred care, promoting safety and dignity, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health support. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with the delivery of therapeutic care and support to patients. * Promote recovery-focused interventions and activities. * Monitor and report changes in mental and physical health. * Ensure a safe environment in accordance with PMVA protocols. * Support individuals with daily living activities and emotional needs.
