We’re partnering with a private housing developer known for delivering beautifully designed, architect-led homes across the South East. With two live sites underway — one in Gipsy Hill and another in Epsom — they’re now looking for a Site Manager to take the reins on the ground.
This Site Manager role isn’t just about overseeing trades — it’s about leading from the front. The ideal Site Manager will be hands-on, detail-driven, and take real pride in delivering high-spec homes with precision and control.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities across two new build developments
- Ensuring top-tier health & safety standards — Toolbox Talks, RAMS, inspections
- Coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and maintaining build quality
- Working closely with the Project Manager to deliver on time and to spec
- Getting stuck in with minor works when needed — ideal for a practical Site Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Site Manager experience in new build housing (developer or housebuilder)
- Trade background preferred — SMSTS and First Aid essential
- Strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working across multiple sites independently
- Full UK driving licence — company vehicle included
