What You\’ll Be Doing: Carry out inspections on Class 3 buildings to ensure full compliance with the NCC, building codes, and regulatory requirements Identify and report on non-compliance, defects, and safety risks-offering practical, solution-focused advice Work closely with builders, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to guide projects through every phase Deliver high-quality reports that communicate findings clearly and accurately Stay informed on legislation and standards relevant to Class 3 buildings What We\’re Looking For: Current Class 3A Building Inspector Registration Strong understanding of NCC/BCA and Class 3-specific compliance challenges Excellent judgment and attention to detail-you don\’t miss a thing Solid communication skills to liaise with clients and teams with confidence A proactive, professional mindset-you own your inspections from start to finish
