Shift Pattern: 06:00-14:00, working a 5 over 7 shift pattern with consecutive rest days.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Note: Due to limited public transport links to our site, it is essential that you have your own transport to get to work if successful.

No previous warehouse experience is necessary—just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a desire to excel! If you are friendly, eager to learn, and interested in progressing, we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.

As a Warehouse Operative at our Bicester depot, your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking, packing, and checking the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, preparing them for delivery.

The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. There are also opportunities to shift roles, move to different shifts, and advance within the company.

Essential qualities include attention to detail and comfort working in a cool environment (we provide a free thermal uniform). You should be able to lift up to 25kg and ideally have your own transport to access the site.
