Currently, we are offering full-time shifts (37.5 hours) in Barnsley S71. Shifts are 7.5 hours, including a mix of Early (07:30-15:00) and Late (14:30-22:00) shifts. You will be required to work 3 weekends out of 4.

What we are looking for in candidates:

Responsibilities as a Residential Support Worker:
- Supporting adults with complex needs to promote independence and positive outcomes
- Engaging in activities, cooking, personal care, and community interactions
- Providing practical and emotional support to help individuals achieve their goals
- Participating in planning and coordinating activities
- Implementing support plans and working with other agencies
- Completing records and documentation to regulatory standards
Due to the nature of our work with vulnerable adults, this role requires an enhanced DBS check.
