What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely directing crane operations, rigging, and dogging lifts on complex commercial sites.
• Collaborating with crane operators and site teams to ensure seamless load handling and efficiency.
• Conducting pre-lift inspections and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Supporting the delivery of projects that set industry benchmarks in innovation and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in rigging and dogging lifts on large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, reliable, and results-driven approach.
