About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide overnight support at The Orchard home in Crowthorne. This role involves supporting adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities in a vibrant community setting, helping them live fulfilling lives through personalized care and activities.

Details

Shift: 4x 10-hour night shifts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)
Location: Crowthorne, Berkshire

What We Offer

Hourly Pay: £13
Overtime: £14.30; Bank Holidays: £19.50
Paid Induction, Pension Scheme, 25 days leave + 8 bank holidays
NVQ Level 2-5 in Health & Social Care, Career Progression

Responsibilities

Supporting independence and personal development
Assisting with personal care, medication, household tasks
Supporting activities and physical exercises
Driving residents to appointments and outings

Essential Requirements

Experience supporting adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities
Knowledge of safeguarding, First Aid, Moving & Handling, Medication administration
Clean UK driving license and ability to drive to Ravenswood Village
