Job Opportunity: Labouring Course in Bootle. Total Training Provision is partnering with clients in the Bootle region to attract Labourers for construction sites. This role is linked to an employability course designed to prepare you for work in construction. On this course, you will undertake Health & Safety in Construction Level 1, gaining essential skills and the opportunity to earn a free CSCS card. Additionally, we will assist you in enhancing your CV by highlighting your transferable skills and ensuring you are job-ready.

To qualify for funding your CSCS test, you must attend the construction course scheduled from 29th April to 13th May (weekdays only) in Bootle.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Unemployed.
  • Available to undertake the training between 29th April and 13th May (Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 4:30 pm).
  • Reside within the Merseyside region.
  • Have lived in the UK/EU for the past 3 years.
  • Not enrolled in any other funded program.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Eligible for a working away allowance.
  • Open to progression opportunities.
  • Eligible for free CSCS card tests.
  • Able to work in a good environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting trades on site.
  • Lifting and shifting materials around the site.
  • Ensuring the site is safe to work and clearing walkways.
  • General cleaning duties.
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Please note: To receive funding for your CSCS card and support into labouring work, you must complete all 10 days of the course. Good luck!
