Accept Recruitment have an ongoing vacancy for Class 1 drivers, with a view to a permanent position for our client located in Lockington, DE74. Working Monday to Friday with start times from 0600 with a guaranteed 10 hours paid. You will complete 3-4 deliveries per shift of building aggregate. There is no handball, however knowledge of load security is essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Class 1 experience, or a minimum of 18 months Class 1 experience with previous experience working on Class 2 for a minimum of 6 months. You will be required to complete a driving assessment and induction on your first day.
To qualify you will need the following:
- UK Class 1 Licence (2 yearsβ experience)
- CPC
- Driver Card
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- No more than 6 points on your licence
