EXPERIENCED CONTRACTS MANAGER - GAS SAFE REGISTERED NEEDED FOR A MAINTENANCE FACILITIES COMPANY.

SALARY: £50-60K, DOE. Company Vehicle, Holiday and pension scheme.

LOCATION: Bristol, Bath and South West area.

HOURS: Mon-Fri 8-5pm.

ROLE: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts across multiple sites. You will quote and price small works such as boiler replacements and heating system upgrades, coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time. You’ll conduct site inspections and audits to maintain high standards of safety and quality, liaise directly with clients to ensure exceptional service, and ensure all works comply with Gas Safe regulations and industry protocols.

EXPERIENCE: You will have hands-on experience and be gas safe registered with a strong background in overseeing maintenance sites. Gas safe registered, ACS Commercial Gas Certificates including CODNCO1 – Commercial Natural Gas Core, CIGA1 – Indirect Fired Commercial Appliances, CDGA1 – Direct Fired Commercial Appliances, CORT1 – Overhead Radiant Heaters, ICPN1 – Installation of Commercial Pipework, TPCP1/TPCP1A – Testing and Purging of Commercial Pipework, CENWAT – Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters (if covering domestic/commercial crossover) highly desirable. An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating / Gas Installation, CSCS Card (Site Safety), SMSTS / SSSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme), IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate. A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role as you will be covering Bristol, Bath and South West area.
