Qualified College Lecturer Job Specification: * Location: London * Job Title: Qualified College Lecturer * Contract: Temp to perm * Full/Part Time: Full Time * Rate: £170 – £230 p/d (DOE) (Paid to scale) * Hours: 8:00am – 4pm Qualified College Lecturer Job Responsibilities: * Deliver class lessons, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning * Plan and prepare lessons that are engaging and challenging for all ability levels * Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential * Provide detailed and regular feedback on student achievement, progress, problems etc. * Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents within and beyond the classroom in line with established policy * Work collaboratively with colleagues in the wider school The ideal College Lecturer has: * Qualified teacher status (QTS), (QTLS) or equivalent. * Proven experience teaching in a college setting. * Passion for education and the ability to inspire students. * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities. * A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and students. * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
