An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Theatre Collection. This role will enable you to work alongside the core team across a wide range of collections-based activities, including accessioning, cataloguing, preservation, and digital archives. This is a part-time (0.5) fixed-term post until 31st July 2024.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be involved in all aspects of Collections Management work, providing support to the Keepers and Director on a range of archival tasks.
  • This includes managing the accession process with the Keepers, preparing digital material for ingest to Preservica, cataloguing onto Calm, and participating in preventative conservation across the collections.
  • As a member of the small and busy core team, you will be expected to work across all areas of the Theatre Collection’s activities.
