Lean Leader – Flexible Pipe Systems

Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants. Join our Flexible Pipe Systems team, a global supplier of specialist unbonded flexible subsea flowline and riser systems. We deviate smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction, innovating in the energy industry by connecting subsea and surface with industry‑leading technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop operational plans for manufacturing and improvement activities.
  • Suggest improvements in products, processes and plant procedures to ensure reliability, consistency and increased throughput on the production line.
  • Exchange data and information to highlight concerns and suggest further improvements.
  • Standardize manufacturing processes and define guidelines for selecting optimal actions.
  • Coordinate and lead sessions/workouts with diverse talent and responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels, including leadership reports and training sessions.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑improvement skills.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Capacity to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Skill in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
