Please note this is a fixed-term role until 31/01/2024. As the UCL Team Coordinator, you will support the UCL Programme Team by providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support to ensure the successful delivery of all activities and events related to UCL. You will support the UCL Programme Director and Project Manager, manage the UCL inbox, assist with programme coordination, and serve as a point of contact between the UCL Programme Team and both internal and external partners. This is a unique, fast-paced, and highly engaging role working across the entirety of UCL. It offers the opportunity to play a vital role in a challenging yet exceptionally rewarding project.
About you: We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and efficient Team Coordinator who is a strong communicator, with the ability to bring together a diverse group of people and activities to deliver a year-long programme of outstanding activities and events marking UCL’s Bicentennial milestone. This role requires passion and enthusiasm for celebrating UCL’s 200th Anniversary collaboratively. The ideal candidate should have experience working within a team to provide high-quality administrative and project support, as well as event coordination. They should be comfortable managing communications, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of various activities across the UCL programme.
