We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Procurement and Supplier Facilitator to support our Procurement and SDQ teams with essential compliance and administrative processes. In this key role, you will take the lead in monitoring supplier data and documentation, ensuring ongoing compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS), ISO13485, and other relevant regulations. You will also drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and contribute to Procurement Working Group initiatives, QMS updates, and wider procurement projects. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll do at Elekta : Your role will include but is not limited to: CLM queue, case and task management, including management reporting NONC allocation to SDQ engineers, data quality check and communication to Suppliers Creation and maintenance of supplier compliance records in Master Control (e.g. Supplier Approval and Amendment Forms ‘SAAFs’, ISO certs, addresses, Quality Assurance Agreements (QAAs) etc). Monitor and act on expired or missing documentation. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) & Part Inspection Warrant (PIW) monitoring and documentation for SDQ engineers, including supporting sign off via Adobe Acrobat. Support documentation storage and alignment with Purchase Orders in M3 ERP system. Concession (CONC) monitoring, including Corrective Action (CA)/Change Order (CO) implementation feedback to SDQ Engineers and alignment with Purchase Orders in M3 ERP system Supplier Escalation Form (SEF) monitoring and support, ensuring process and documentation compliance Supplier Tooling Database management in Indysoft Support with external data sources, e.g obtaining D&B Finance and Risk data Drive waste reduction, processes improvements, enhance reporting and automate procurement and supplier quality operations. Streamline workflows to boost efficiency while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards Drive Procurement Working Group initiatives (PWG), QMS updates and Procurement projects as required Support Design Transfer of new products, including associated processes, documentation and reporting.
