Location: The Martlets, East Preston

Benefits: Excellent benefits package

Contract: 6 hours per week (12 hours every other week working on a Friday night)

Working Hours: 12-hour night shifts (20:00-08:00) on a 4-weekly rota - Weeks 2 & 4 = Friday nights

We are looking for a Residential Team Leader at The Martlets in East Preston. You will join a dedicated team committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our service users. Our goal is to deliver the highest standards of care, using the latest care technology to enable more meaningful interactions with those we support.

Applicants should have previous experience working with older adults in residential care, be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, and keeping your Line Manager informed about residents' needs and progress. You should be a team player, able to follow guidelines, and possess good written skills for care planning.
