As a Team Leader, you will have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential, along with having completed or working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with residents, family, and friends.
