About the Role

Primary Carers 24/7 (Homecare) Ltd is seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join its team as Home Care Assistants. This community-based role involves supporting individuals in their own homes to help them live securely and independently. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication administration.
• Providing personal care and maintaining hygiene.
• Promoting a person-centered approach to care.
• Communicating effectively to ensure clients feel protected and supported.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, as travel between care locations is required. Sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.
