The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing operations, people management and a strong understanding of customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task between your key responsibilities.
What we expect from you:
- Process the delivery in the most efficient way and in line with the target productivity.
- Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom, processing overstock in the correct order following company guidelines.
- Ensure the replenishment is actioned accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the delivery product is scanned thoroughly through RFID with any discrepancies being accounted for.
- Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store at all times.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the store's electronic devices, telephones, iPods, and bluebirds.
- Be an ambassador for our company's sustainability project.
