As an Onsite Service Representative, you will be part of our Customer Solutions team and will play a crucial role in our Large Customer operation. You will understand our customer’s current vending implementation experience and make recommendations to improve their offering. You will also replenish vending solutions onsite for our customers while developing great relationships to become a trusted partner.

What will I be doing?

As a Vending Replenishment Specialist, you will truly value our customers and put them at the heart of everything you do. We are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations daily, ensuring they are satisfied and happy with MSC.

By proactively replenishing the vending solutions onsite, you will position MSC as a partner that enables their business growth. You will ensure seamless operations through effective vending management and observe how your efforts impact their productivity.

You will gain insight into our customers’ operations and, by adopting a proactive mindset, identify opportunities where MSC can provide solutions. Sharing your insights with stakeholders will help foster growth for our customers.

You will also support our customers by collaborating with our implementation team and assisting in resolving vending machine faults. Faults are typically resolved using onboard computers, so a good understanding of IT will add value. Knowledge of electrics will also be beneficial. Your can-do attitude and willingness to help will ensure smooth operation and minimal delays.
