Crown Vets is looking to expand our team of ten Client Services Assistants by hiring a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist on a part-time basis.

Our ideal team member would be dedicated and compassionate, with excellent customer service skills and proficiency in IT.

Previous veterinary experience is desirable, and a love of animals is essential.

About the role

Your typical daily activities would include, but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
Building strong relationships with pets and their owners
Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly
Managing the diary, including scheduling appointments with vets and nurses, and organizing surgeries
Maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

About the rota

Shifts will include evenings and weekends. Our operating hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday, and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays.
