On behalf of our client - a globally recognised hospitality brand, we have an excellent permanent opportunity for an FF&E Procurement Coordinator to join their in-house design team. Renowned for creating interiors that are luxurious, eclectic, and visually striking, this team is behind some of the most iconic restaurant spaces worldwide. We are looking for a procurement professional with proven experience in FF&E purchasing within design-led environments—someone who is passionate about sourcing exceptional pieces and managing the process with precision from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all FF&E orders and invoices in collaboration with suppliers, designers, and the finance team.
- Create, maintain, and update FF&E schedules, budgets, and timelines with accuracy.
- Track and report FF&E expenditure to senior team members, including Associates and Directors.
- Oversee global shipping and logistics, including the preparation of documentation and handling of import/export procedures.
- Reconcile project spending in partnership with the finance team.
- Source and research FF&E items, working closely with internal designers and external suppliers.
- Organise and file all required FF&E certifications (e.g. CE, FR documentation).
- Support refurbishment projects as needed.
- Maintain and manage inventory at the UK storage facility, ensuring it is organised and up to date.
About You:
- Outstanding knowledge of procurement and logistics process and costs.
- Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and highly organised.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of FF&E materials, suppliers, and industry standards.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
