We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end order processing, supplier management, warehouse operations, and customer communication for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer orders, maintaining smooth logistics, and ensuring on-time delivery of our products. This role entails monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing warehouse operations, and optimising resource utilisation. Key Responsibilities: – Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner. Maintain and update the order tracker tool to provide real-time visibility of order status. Ensure effective communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues. – Purchasing and Supplier Management: Place purchase orders with suppliers and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues. – Goods-In and Warehouse Management: Organise and manage the goods-in process, including receiving, checking, and storing products. Oversee warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and dispatching orders. – Delivery Coordination: Arrange deliveries, adhere to schedules, and inform customers of delivery timelines. Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. – Invoice and Financial Administration: Raise invoices for completed orders and ensure accurate recording and processing of financial transactions. – Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor KPIs related to order processing, deliveries, and warehouse efficiency. Analyse data, identify areas for improvement, and report on trends. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Experience in order processing, supplier management, and warehouse operations. Proficiency with order management systems and tools. Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
