As a Property Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of UK property rental clients, including lease document preparation, hardware repairs, correspondence handling, utility registrations and updates, and addressing routine concerns.
- Maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships, skillfully negotiating to resolve issues, and proactively reducing complaint rates.
- Utilizing English for effective communication with overseas resources to address client needs.
- Handling essential paperwork in daily operations, including bilingual correspondence, English communication, and file management.
