Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the returnable packaging pool at Wilton Factory, including warehousing, cleaning, and repair activities.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers, manage contracts, and ensure service levels meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to optimize pool size, improve performance, and reduce costs.
- Manage budgets and conduct performance reviews with suppliers.
- Ensure facilities are fit for purpose and implement infrastructural improvements.
- Lead projects to optimize costs, material availability, and performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in global supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Experience with 3PL management, SAP, inventory, and warehouse systems.
- Background in complex supply chains, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- University degree (Bachelor’s required).
