£48,500 – £50,500 + bonus + benefits

Do you have Director-level Team EA experience, gained from a fast-paced front office Investment Banking division?

Looking for a deal-driven environment, where everyone pulls together?

As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Supporting Directors & team in busy role!
• Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
• Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
• Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches
• Coordinating closing dinners
• Processing expenses
• Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
• Can work from home 1 day

The skills you need to bring:

• Solid Team EA/PA experience, gained from Banking essential
• Any experience on a Trading Floor a plus!
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team player and a sense of humour
• Positive self-starter
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
