THE ROLE
We are looking for an inventive Hair and Make-up Artist to help implement and interpret the New Look creative vision through the Hair and Make-up styling of online shoots. You must be a fashion-forward thinker, understanding and maintaining best practices to achieve high standards of styling and imagery while ensuring efficiency within the studio.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Providing high-standard hairdressing and makeup skills for daily e-commerce shoots
- Reviewing the shoot plan and collaborating with the Art Director, Stylist, and photographer on hair/makeup direction
- Ensuring creative looks are aspirational and aligned with the NL customer
- Understanding and working with different NL creative personas (Miss NL, Girl Next Door, Classic, New Gen)
- Managing 1-2 models per day
- Collaborating daily with the creative team to produce imagery
- Following seasonal NL hair guidelines and staying updated on trends
- Applying strong organizational skills and attention to detail
WHO YOU ARE (YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- 2-3 years of hair and makeup experience
- Experience in salon, e-commerce, and editorial sessions
- Strong fashion and trend knowledge
- Excellent time management in a busy environment
- Competent with all skin tones
- BTEC National Diploma in Makeup and Hair Level 3 is desirable but not essential
