The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to âMake it easy for men to dress wellâ and we canât do that without our specialist teams. This time, weâre on the lookout for a German Speaking/Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will be working with the rest of our Contact Centre Team in Milton Keynes. We have a number of full time shifts available with up to 39.15 hours per week. All shifts require an element of flexibility with weekends. Our German customer service team is open between Monday to Friday 08:00 â 18:00 and Weekends 08:00 â 17:00.

You will be representing our brand, providing our valued customers with consistently effortless experiences that inspire confidence and trust. With the customer at the heart of everything you do, you'll help them place orders, manage queries and resolve complaints through webchat, emails, and calls.
