About the Role: You will provide support to the UK & Ireland market leaders on projects, operations, events and webinars, Business Development events, Governance activity and administration for the Regional Vice President UK & Ireland, who you will report to.
You Will:
- Support the RVP UK & Ireland with administrative tasks including travel coordination, meeting coordination, diary management, expense management, office management and other general office support responsibilities.
- Support the UK Member Engagement & Events team including support for webinars, collation of event feedback, marketing material, and courier management.
- Support the Business Development team with attendance and promotion of CIMA at Business Development events.
- Attend training and refresher courses.
- Support the UK & Ireland Operations Manager with administrative and social media activity.
- Organise leadership meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions for Leadership meetings and governance groups.
- Use a hybrid work schedule.

- 1+ years' experience in administration or events.
