Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive regional sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and leading sales strategies. You will also manage budgets, coach teams, and represent the company at various events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support and education to surgical teams.
  • Collaborate with account managers and agents to grow business.
  • Participate in training and educational initiatives.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and labs.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for incentives.
  • Develop and implement regional business plans.
  • Conduct field visits for training and support.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage tenders.
  • Participate in team meetings and national events.
  • Manage team performance and recruitment.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and complete reports timely.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree or relevant experience in sales or team management.
  • Understanding of Foot & Ankle devices preferred.
  • 2-5 years of sales success, leadership experience beneficial.
  • Organized, professional, and commercially aware.

Travel Requirements

Primarily field-based with occasional overnight travel to hospitals, trade shows, and labs, including working from home and office locations.
