DXC continues to significantly expand our SAP business in the UK and Europe and is looking for a SAP PP Functional Consultant to join our team. Our SAP Functional Consultants work directly with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements for supporting and configuring SAP modules. They understand the business functional area, participate in configuration, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP modules to meet business needs. Experience with S/4HANA and related migration programs is preferred. Due to client account security requirements, candidates must be British nationals who have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years; dual nationals are not considered. We seek individuals with extensive experience managing client stakeholders and overseeing full project lifecycles—from proposal and solutioning to planning, mobilization, and execution of SAP implementations. The role is primarily home-based with minimal travel.
Essential Job Functions
- Gather and analyze user business requirements and processes, understand client needs, and validate solutions.
- Configure SAP modules to translate business requirements into functional design specifications, including initial settings and security configurations.
- Understand processes, reporting needs, and UI impacts; recommend modifications as needed.
- Provide ongoing SAP support, collaborating with technical teams and clients to resolve issues.
- Produce relevant documentation such as Business Process Blueprints, Configuration Documentation, and Test Scripts.
- Occasional travel for client meetings may be required.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience with ERP solutions, business analysis, or management analysis; S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- Experience assisting users with business process improvements.
Other Qualifications
- Self-motivated with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and represent the company professionally.
