About the Role

As the Strategic Channel Manager VAR (Value-Added Reseller), you will define and execute Lansweeper\’s VAR strategy, focusing on strengthening partnerships, aligning ambitions, and driving mutual business success with strategic VARs. You will leverage strategic planning, stakeholder management, and co-marketing initiatives to foster growth and retention within the VAR ecosystem, enabling partners to maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development and Partner Enablement
  • Articulate Lansweeper’s value proposition and co-create growth strategies with VARs.
  • Develop relationships by understanding VARs\’ ambitions, installed base, and growth potential.
  • Identify upsell opportunities considering market trends and legislation.
  • Enable VARs through structured programs, resources, and training.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Conduct account planning and map VAR structures.
    • Draft business plans with pipeline expectations, commitments, and KPIs.
    • Monitor and adjust plans to ensure alignment and growth.
  • Pipeline Generation and Management
    • Assess VAR readiness for pipeline creation.
    • Drive pipeline growth via co-marketing and collaborative efforts.
    • Track pipeline coverage and conversions using tools like Discern.
  • Stakeholder and Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships across VAR stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with sales and internal teams for alignment.
    • Support VARs in closing deals and premium opportunities.
  • Performance and Results Tracking
    • Meet KPIs related to revenue, upselling, and retention.
    • Improve win rates and drive incremental revenue.
