About you and the role: Providing business partnering to assigned business and regional management teams on all people issues enabling them to deliver company strategy. Working closely with the Head of HR and the Centres of Expertise provide strategic direction and insight on all people issues. Owning Human Resources functional responsibility.
What you will be doing:
- Work in partnership with the HHR and functional stakeholders to develop the people strategy for Enstar (EU and Internationally), ensuring that it is aligned to the broader people plan and business strategy, driving through the delivery of this.
- In cooperation and seeking guidance from the Centres of Expertise manage and co-ordinate key HR processes across Enstar (EU and Internationally), including annual compensation review, performance appraisals, talent development etc.
- Providing operational and strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business’ HR plans working closely with Exco members respective management.
- Working closely with the recruitment and Centres of Expertise teams manage and develop the annual strategic and operational workforce plan.
- Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics.
- Liaise with subject matter experts, within the Centres of Expertise, (e.g. Reward, ER, Talent, Data Analytics) to provide consultancy and advice within the business.
- Execute and oversee operational HR activities as required: e.g. onboarding, exiting, restructuring, employee relations issues etc. Escalating and seeking guidance from the Centres of Expertise as and when required.
- Execute group learning and development programmes through partnering with Talent. This includes assisting with the implementation and ongoing review of such programmes in the business in order to develop line management capability and support the business to deliver results.
- Assisting in building strong talent pipelines and succession planning.
- Supporting line managers across the business on organisational structure and design.
- Build close working relationships with key functional stakeholders and other line managers, and establish excellent working knowledge of the Enstar (EU and Internationally) business.
- Understand the strategic drivers, objectives and priorities for Enstar (EU and Internationally business).
- Use MI and agree data analytics to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and implications for the business and propose and support the implementation of appropriate interventions in consultation with the Centres of Expertise.
