The post holder will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Plan and execute initiatives to promote employer branding.
- Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Lead internal communications to include monthly calendar and employee newsletter.
- Implement brand strategy and guidelines to ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Assist the development of engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Company website maintenance and administration to ensure updated content.
- Oversee the execution of merchandise plans.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
- Create graphic and video content.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
- Organise promotional events including employee events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
- Use data insights to inform future strategies.
- Work within the commercial team and across departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in content creation in a marketing-related role.
- Proven strong project management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices; with focus on media, social media.
- Mastery of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics for creating dynamic content.
- Expertise in creating graphics for websites, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Ability to design brochures, trade show materials, banners, and other print assets.
- Basic photography skills and the ability to retouch and optimize images for various channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Flexible to work at all sites.
