The Role
Consulting analysts play a crucial role in supporting various client-facing and internal activities. This includes proactively identifying opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvements or supporting teams through client bids or diagnostic work. Joining as a consulting analyst at 4C means becoming part of our Early Consulting Careers (ECC) community. ECC provides a structured training plan to support your ongoing learning and development, along with a community of peers for guidance. Analysts will rotate across projects, gaining broad insights into our work with different clients and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Management Office (PMO) skills
- Analysis
- Industry and market research and insight development
- Strategic sourcing
- Process improvement support
Skills
To succeed, you should work well in a team and possess excellent communication skills. Since the role involves data and information assessment, strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are essential. A proactive 'can-do' attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are also required.
